Soil and Vineyards
La Plantadeta estate in the town of La Vilella Baixa. Calcareous and clayey soil at 400 meters altitude.
Harvest
Harvested in September manually in the mornings in 15 kg boxes.
Production
Skidded with a small machine immediately upon arrival at the winery. Maceration with the skins for 2 hours, very gentle pressing to obtain the free-run juice, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket for 20 days. Alcohol content: 13.5%
Tasting Notes
Strawberry pink color. Aromas of white flowers and ripe red fruit with vibrant acidity. The palate has a pleasant and sweet entry, with very good evolution
