We started with our rosé wine in 2004, and now, we wanted to give it a new image. The new rosé from Celler Sabaté is now on the market. Pètals de Garnatxa is a Grenache Noir rosé wine from Priorat that shows the newest face of the winery: fresh, fun, and sweet, but with all the soul of the La Plantadeta Estate.
Pètals de Garnatxa is born from the Grenache vines planted in the highest parts of the La Plantadeta Estate – the main estate of Celler Sabaté, with slate and clay soils and approximately 60 years old.
It is a strawberry-pink rosé wine; on the nose, it presents aromas of white flowers, apple, and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and fun, leaving us with aromas of tangerine, peach, and strawberry, sweet and with good acidity.
