Extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressing, new harvest 2026–2027
This Plantadeta oil is extracted from the season’s first Arbequina olives, with a maximum acidity of 0.2° and a smooth, fruity taste.

Being from the first extraction, it is not filtered, but the carafes are filled directly from the oil produced by the mill. It is slightly denser, greener and very fruity, a delight.
