This wine is made with Grenache from an old vineyard in La Vilella Baixa. It has a lot of fruit with notes of strawberry and lactic, a well-marked acidity with good tannins. It is an explosion of aromas.

Variety
It comes from 25-30 year old Grenache vines.
Soil and Vineyards
La Plantadeta estate in the municipality of La Vilella Baixa.
Clay and limestone soil between 300 - 400m altitude.
Harvest
Harvested manually in the early hours of the morning in 15 kg boxes at the beginning of September.
Production
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 25 days in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. It undergoes malolactic fermentation. During the winter it is filtered by a natural process. It is bottled in spring. Alcohol content: 14.5%
Tasting Notes
Bright cherry red colors, intense with violet tones, which refer to its youth. Explosion of aromas, white flowers, red fruits, sweet, soft and pleasant. Sweet entry in the mouth, lots of fruit, delicious, good acidity and a round finish.
