We have begun selling our first single vineyard wine: Plantadeta Selecció 2019.

At Celler Sabaté, we are experiencing a very special moment: we are launching our first single vineyard wine “Vi de Paratge” within the PRIORAT Qualified Designation of Origin, the Plantadeta Selecció 2019. A wine that comes from a very specific corner of our estate, with a unique personality and soul of its own.

And what does “vino de paraje” mean? It is a recognized category within the Priorat D.O.Q. that highlights wines made from grapes grown in a unique location with specific geological, climatic, and viticultural characteristics. In other words, wines that express the identity of a very specific place, as if that piece of land spoke through each glass.

Our Plantadeta Selecció 2019 comes from the most carefully selected vines on the La Plantadeta estate, grown on slopes and terraces of licorella rock that embody all the character of the Priorat region. The result is an elegant, complex, and profound wine that invites you to savor it slowly.
