Licorella soil 300 - 500 meters above sea level.
Vendimia
In early October, manually in 15 kg boxes, with a careful selection of the grapes on the estate.
Elaboración
Fermentation/maceration with skins for about 30 days in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Malolactic fermentation takes place before being transferred to barrels.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Bottle aging: 5 years before being released to the market.
Alcohol content: 15%
Cata
Intense, dark red color. Aromas of plum with balsamic and herbal notes such as thyme, followed by more fruity aromas. On the palate, it has an elegant acidity that envelops the palate, with a sweet entrance and rounded tannins. Ripe red fruits with subtle hints of wood, with a long, well-balanced and elegant finish.
