Suelo y viñedos
La Plantadeta estate in the town of La Vilella Baixa. Calcareous and slate soil between 300 and 500 meters above sea level.
Vendimia
Harvested in early September, selecting the old Garnacha vines.
Elaboración
Fermentation/maceration with skins for about 25 days in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Malolactic fermentation takes place before being transferred to barrels.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels
Aging in bottle: 1 year before release.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Cata
Cherry red color, clean, bright with violet tones. Aromas of red fruits with very pleasant and well-integrated wood notes. The palate has a sweet and smooth entry, with a round and pleasant finish.
