General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern the acquisition of products offered on the website www.cellersabate.com (hereinafter, “the website”), owned by Jaume Sabaté Rodríguez, with address at Roger de Belfort, 39 bajos, 43202 Reus, NIF 39925104W and contact email cellersabate@cellersabate.com.

The use of online purchase services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions.

1. Legal capacity

Access to and purchase of products from this website are restricted to persons over 18 years of age.

2. Purchase process

1. The user must select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart.
2. Once the selection is completed, the user must provide the necessary data for billing, delivery and payment.
3. Before confirming the order, the user may review the purchase summary, including the total price, taxes and shipping costs.
4. The purchase will be understood as formalized once the payment has been received and the confirmation has been sent by email to the user.

3. Prices and taxes

• All product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and will be shown before the order confirmation.

4. Payment methods

The website accepts the following payment methods:

• Other electronic payment methods: Bizum, through the bank’s payment gateway.

Payment is considered completed when the bank confirms the transaction.

5. Shipping and deliveries

• Delivery times range between 48-72 hours, on business days, depending on the destination.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or beyond its control (e.g. logistical incidents).

4. Returns and withdrawal policy

In accordance with consumer regulations, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the decision.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it to cellersabate@cellersabate.com and return the products in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without having been opened or manipulated.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product or an error in the shipment, in which case the company will assume the costs.

All products offered have the legal guarantee of conformity of two years established in current legislation.
