Harvested manually in the mornings at the beginning of September.
Production
Traditional fermentation of the must with skins for about 15 days. Natural decantation in a tank for later bottling.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Tasting Notes
It has a garnet color with a violet rim. Aromas of forest fruit and notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth, we perceive its intensity, that of the Carignan, although with a texture and silky tannins, with hints of fruit. It is balanced with an acidity that gives it a lot of life.
