Soil and Vineyards
La Plantadeta estate in the town of La Vilella Baixa. Licorella and clay soil between 300 - 500 meters above sea level. Old vine Grenache Blanc.
Harvest
Harvested manually in early September. Selection of grapes on the estate.
Production
Soft pressing to obtain the free-run juice, fermentation in stainless steel for 25 days. Once fermentation has started, 10% of the must is transferred to French oak barrels for about 30 days, followed by periodic battonages for 2 months. Alcohol content: 14.5%
